RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

Products being returned must be unopened, in original packaging, in resalable condition, in original package quantity within 30 days of purchase, with the original receipt. 

 

We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Hardware (Midwest Fastener pieces)

  • Electronics

  • Light bulbs

  • Thermostats

  • Paint or stain (tinted or untinted)

  • Special orders of any kind

  • Pre-cut chain or cable

 

Lumber and other building materials may be returned within 45 days of purchase with the original receipt, as long as they are being returned in resalable condition and are a regularly stocked item.  These items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

Items that are special ordered into the store are not typically returnable. Conditions will vary depending on situation. 

 

Items that are custom-built or cut (windows, doors, steel, etc.) are not returnable under any conditions.

 

If material pick up is needed, a freight charge may be assessed.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Depending on value to be refunded, a reverse credit card transaction may be made, cash may be provided, a credit may be made to an existing account, or a check may need to be distributed.

  • Exceptions to the policy may be made if products arrived defective or damaged.

  • Range Lumber Co. reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet policy requirements.
