TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern all use of services, purchases, and interactions with Range Lumber Co. LLC (“Range Lumber Co.,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, purchasing products, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Range Lumber Co. provides products and services for lawful use only, and customers agree to provide accurate and complete information when requested. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our discretion.
All products, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice due to market conditions, supplier pricing, and inventory fluctuations. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, pricing, or availability will be error-free. Quotes and estimates are provided based on current conditions and are valid only for the time period stated. Once a quote is accepted and materials are ordered, the order is considered final and may not be canceled or modified.
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a prior approved charge account is in place. Customers with approved credit accounts agree to maintain their account in good standing. Any past-due balances may result in finance charges, suspension of credit privileges, and additional collection actions. In the event that legal action or collection efforts are required to recover unpaid balances, the customer agrees to be responsible for all associated costs, including but not limited to attorney fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.
All returns are subject to approval by management and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Returned items must be in original condition. Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to hardware (bulk or Midwest pieces), electronics, light bulbs, thermostats, paint or stain products, and special-order materials. All stocked lumber and building materials are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Delivery services are provided as a convenience and are subject to scheduling, location, and job site conditions. While we make reasonable efforts to meet delivery timelines, all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing safe and accessible delivery locations. Range Lumber Co. is not responsible for damages to property, including but not limited to driveways, landscaping, or structures, that may occur during normal delivery operations. Additionally, once materials are delivered to the job site, the customer assumes full responsibility for the materials. Any additional handling, delays, or special site conditions may result in added charges.
All product warranties are provided by the manufacturer, and Range Lumber Co. makes no additional warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of materials for a particular purpose. Customers are responsible for verifying quantities, specifications, and compliance with applicable building codes and project requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Range Lumber Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to project delays, labor costs, or damages arising from the use or inability to use materials.
All content on our website, including logos, images, text, and design elements, is the property of Range Lumber Co. and may not be used or reproduced without permission. Any personal information collected through our website or business operations will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of any changes. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota.
